Please make sure to do these exercises on a  daily basis five to ten times each.   Do not rush, do them at a steady pace.   Some exercises may seem difficult at first.   You may skip those and come back to them later.   After certain number of repetitions doing easier exercises, your fingers become more responsive and it becomes easier to accomplish more difficult movements.

FAQ
Why doing these exercises  is better then let’s say getting a hand massage?  Well, the difference is the same as in a situation when you decide to get slim and more fit.  Are you going to go and lie down on a massage table for 2 hours, or are you going to go to the gym and do some jogging? Active conscious therapy is a lot more effective then the passive one.   Our brain is capable of so many things.     But without a body and especially the upper limbs,  it’s not going to be able to do much.  Refine your body, improve agility, coordination and responsiveness.  Train your muscles to respond quickly to your commands and it will be a lot easier to accomplish everything you put your mind to.   Starting from simple everyday tasks to playing Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto No.3
